Job Description:

Our client, a leading brand within hospitality, is seeking a strong CRM Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis.

The role is hybrid, based in London, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The salary is up to approximately £45k + benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C and B2B marketing, with a focus on acquisition and retention email campaigns, light HTML coding, and ideally be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities include bringing innovative ideas, testing and learning, managing segmentation, and conducting A/B testing.

Candidates should be self-starters, able to work collaboratively, and experience managing agencies would be advantageous.
