Coople is looking for a CRM/Email Automation Specialist to help optimize our Marketing Stack to ensure customers and users receive the right message at the right time. Coople has a large database of over a million workers, as well as a pipeline of prospective customers and current users. Spanning the UK and Swiss markets, you will be instrumental in elevating Coople’s marketing efforts, bringing industry best practices and energy to a vibrant team. Key Responsibilities Optimize and manage our global CRM stack, focusing on email automation. Segment data and manage lists for customer engagement, reactivation, and retention. Devise strategies for regular and actionable communication for both BB and BC audiences. Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Product, and Salesforce Admin to improve data quality and serve as a subject matter expert for Marketing. Execute end-to-end email marketing and automation campaigns using Pardot, with support from the marketing team. Design HTML emails following best practices to drive audience action. Test, monitor, and report on email campaign performance. Train and upskill the marketing team on CRM functions and email marketing best practices. Lead key projects for outbound email campaigns to improve performance and optimization. Qualifications Proven experience in email marketing or CRM roles, preferably with BB and BC experience. Experience in user journey mapping and campaign analysis, including A/B testing. Expertise in database segmentation and data hygiene. Successful track record in nurturing, reactivating, and retaining customers through campaigns. Experience managing marketing lifecycle automations. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tools. Attention to detail and data refinement skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
