My client, a leading professional services client are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Contract Agile CRM Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into CRM solutions, and drive the optimisation and enhancement of our CRM systems. Your expertise will ensure that our CRM platform aligns with business goals, improves customer relationships, and supports strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear CRM system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise CRM-related business requirements.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support for CRM-related queries.
- Recommend best practices for CRM implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for CRM processes and workflows.
- Work with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth CRM integrations and updates.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract role.
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
