Located near Hampton, Feltham, and Teddington, it caters to children aged 5-19 with various learning and behavioral needs, all with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP). The school provides a safe environment for students experiencing high anxiety levels, which may affect focus and behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise children’s behaviour during the school day and support their learning and participation in class.
- Work with individual students, small groups, or classes both inside and outside the classroom.
- Encourage social skills development and support students’ individual needs.
- Help build confidence and motivation among students.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as an active team member.
- Maintain progress records.
- Support safeguarding regulations.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
- Knowledge or keen interest in learning and behavioral needs.
- Good education levels in English and Maths; A Levels preferred.
