Our client, a well-known City-based bank, is seeking to hire a Credit Risk Analyst to focus on a portfolio of UK Commercial and Residential Real Estate clients.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with the front office Property Finance team to review and make recommendations on credit applications for complex real estate transactions.
2. Presenting recommendations to senior management and the Credit Committee.
3. This role will be client-facing and involve attending external property events.

Key skills and experience required:

• Strong credit risk experience, with at least 5 years or more.
• Strong knowledge of UK Property Finance, with a preference for Commercial Property experience.
• Broader corporate credit and cash flow modelling skills are preferred.
