The Credit Risk Management, Global Credit Financing & Solutions (CRM GCFS) team supports multiple business units within the Corporate & Investment Bank, including Direct Lending, Credit Solutions, Distressed Products, Client Sub Sovereign Solutions, and Equity Margin Lending. The role involves analyzing complex, structured, secured, and often non-recourse, non-investment grade transactions, requiring extensive credit analysis. Based in London, the position covers portfolios across EMEA and the Americas.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyzing new structured finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, M&A financing, and others

  • Managing internal approval processes and transaction management

Your skills and experience:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics preferred
  • Experience in a financial institution within lending or credit risk
  • Understanding of corporate finance and complex financing structures
  • Analytical skills including cash flow modeling and derivatives understanding
  • Knowledge of legal concepts related to loans
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
