On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Credit Controller for a permanent position based in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team in a well-established organisation.
The Role:
- Manage and monitor outstanding accounts predominantly with public sector / NHS Clients
- Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letters
- Resolve payment issues while maintaining strong client relationships
- Accurately record communications and transactions
- Work closely with extended admin and finance team on other projects
