This is a unique opportunity to join the in-house Risk team of a major London law firm, reporting directly to the General Counsel and advising on corporate governance and partnerships.

This established, international law firm is experiencing significant growth, supported by an in-house Risk team of over 20 lawyers based in London.

The Role

The position requires a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in corporate and company law, especially corporate governance, governance strategy, regulations, and partnerships, to advise the broader business. You will advise management boards across the UK, APAC, and Middle East, as well as regional and practice group boards, gaining substantial stakeholder exposure and responsibility from day one. This role offers a career-defining opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer experienced in Partnership Law and the Companies Act 2006, with potential for professional development and progression.
