The Role
The position requires a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in corporate and company law, especially corporate governance, governance strategy, regulations, and partnerships, to advise the broader business. You will advise management boards across the UK, APAC, and Middle East, as well as regional and practice group boards, gaining substantial stakeholder exposure and responsibility from day one.
