Corporate Lawyer 5+ PQE (M&A, PE and ECM)
With offices throughout Asia and Europe, this US law firm, based in London, is recruiting for a Corporate Associate at the 5+ PQE level to join their London office.
You will provide advice on a broad focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Private Equity matters, servicing clients from diverse sectors such as technology, health care and life sciences, energy, hospitality, and finance.
You will be a 5 – 8 PQE UK qualified solicitor with experience gained from a leading practice (preferably from a Magic/Silver Circle or City law firm), with exposure to a high-quality pedigree of work within the M&A, private equity, and equity capital markets sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to work with the firm’s corporate lawyers, who are regarded as among the best worldwide, enabling you to develop your career in an international practice. Additionally, the role offers an excellent remuneration package.
