An international law firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Associate into its team in London . The team handles a strong flow of M&A mandates and has expertise in finance and private funds .

This role is ideal for lawyers who want to work in a smaller team with autonomy and responsibility , while developing a broad range of skills through top-quality work .

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate matters with an established City or international practice , and approximately two to four years’ PQE . Experience in finance or funds matters is a plus but not required.
