An international law firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Associate into its team in London. The team has a good stream of M&A mandates as well as strengths in finance and private funds.

This role is ideal for lawyers who would like to work in a smaller team with excellent autonomy and responsibility whilst building on a wide range of skills with top quality work.

The ideal candidate should have experience gained in corporate matters with an established City/international practice, and with approximately two to four years’ PQE. Additional experience in finance or funds matters is not essential but will be welcome.

The firm offers a very competitive salary and benefits package.
