Job Description:

My Legal 500 client is seeking a dynamic Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join due to an ever-increasing workload.

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:

• Handle you own caseload of internal client referrals.
• Advise on, review, and draft commercial contracts.
• Prepare articles, finance agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements.
• Handle corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, and sales.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:

• Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law with 5+ PQE.
• Proven ability to grow and develop a practice area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with SMEs, directors, and new business startups.
