My client is seeking a fee earner, CILEx, CLC, or solicitor to join their team and manage a varied caseload while focusing on providing top client service. They are looking for a conveyancer capable of handling most conveyancing transactional matters with minimal supervision, while also offering excellent 121 training on more complex issues and clear, transparent career development plans. Responsibilities include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Lease Extensions Transfers Equity release New Builds First Registration This role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to receive training to become a well-rounded conveyancer. The client is considering candidates from NQ level up to around 2 years PQE, but experienced fee-earning unqualified candidates with the right experience will also be considered.
