Lionsgate Contractors are seeking a Contracts Manager within commutable distance to Leamington Spa for a valued client in the flooring industry. This is a permanent position.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably from a fit-out or interior background.
- Project Management and/or Financial qualifications.
- SMSTS or IOSH Certification.
- CSCS Black Card.
The role requires attending the office on average 2-3 days a week to discuss contracts; however, this may vary depending on workload. The client operates nationally, primarily around the M25 area. Travel should be considered as part of the role, which is autonomous, with projects managed from start to finish. A high level of motivation is essential.
You will work internally with logistics, estimating, and accounts teams, and externally with contractors and clients. Therefore, excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary.
