Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 2-4 projects within the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure contract compliance.
- Address and resolve any contract disputes that may arise.

Requirements:
