The successful candidate will help ensure estates are clean and well maintained. The Estate Services team is looking for an energetic person with a positive outlook to monitor the estates cleaning and ground maintenance contracts.

Requirements include previous contract management experience, the ability to work with contractors to deliver high-quality services that meet residents\’ needs, and the capability to advise and support customers in resolving concerns while helping to design and implement solutions to improve estate services.
