Job overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward-thinking administrator to support the senior leadership/management team within the North Kent Directorate.
This is a 9-month secondment opportunity or fixed term contract working 37.5 hours per week, (9 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri) with flexibility to work from home.
The post holder will be educated to GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
Main duties of the job
- The ideal candidate will need to be able to work autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and keyboard skills are required.
- Competent typist with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing/challenging situations.
- Ability to manage and prioritise work efficiently.
- Excellent diary management skills are essential.
- Minute taking will form a large part of the role.
