Construction Manager

Construction Managers seeking to apply will ideally be professionally qualified (MCIOB or Degree) and have years of relevant experience, ideally with high-end residential work and Listed Buildings. Construction Managers who apply will ideally be capable of working independently but in close conjunction with the onsite Professional Team that includes 4 x Production and 3 Commercial members. An understanding of the Construction Management process and the JCT CMA & TC would be an advantage when applying.

In addition, my client requires:

• CSCS card holder

Ideally, the appointed Construction Manager will supply their own mobile and laptop.
