Job Details

Pay Rates: £12.12 on weekdays, £13.75 on weekends, £18.18 on bank holidays per hour. Mileage paid at 35p per mile with weekly pay.

Role Purpose

We are seeking female complex care support workers to assist our clients with their complex needs, including spinal cord injury (levels 5/6), suprapubic catheter, bowel intervention, and autonomic dysreflexia. Prior experience with complex conditions is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with spinal cord injuries and related medical needs
• Administering medication
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Assisting with daily activities, domestic duties, and personal care
• Updating care reports and plans
• Possession of a driver’s license is essential
• Providing good professional and personal references

Additional Requirements

We conduct Enhanced DBS/PVG checks, Right to Work verification, references, and employment history checks in accordance with government guidelines and safety regulations. You may need to provide employment details via HMRC.
