We are looking for a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Professional to join our team of Communications and Engagement Consultants. Our consultants are involved during the pre-construction and delivery phases of projects. We are currently recruiting for a Consultant to support our client as a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager.

Role Overview: The Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager will play a key role in one of the UK’s major infrastructure projects.

  • Responsibilities
  • Special Cases Support: Collaborate with the community engagement team to identify and support individuals affected by construction, managing evidence collection, case materials, and liaising with mediation services.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with communities and stakeholders, manage claims, lead stakeholder mapping, support community plans, and represent the project at events.
  • Communication & Impact: Deliver community communications, promote core values, support training, and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement or community liaison (desirable).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours for community events.
