We are working with a mid-tier law firm looking for an experienced communications manager to join the firm on a 6-month basis. The Role

In this role, you would be supporting the BD & Marketing department, focusing on promoting the firm's profile and driving further engagement. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining top-quality communications campaigns and outputs, working closely with sectors across the firm.
  • Playing a vital role in progressing the business' presence in new channels such as podcasts and videos.
  • Managing the firm's social media schedule and improving audience engagement through high-quality content.
  • Being responsible for the overall appearance of the firm's website.
  • Drafting key communications, including intros, conclusions, news releases, and CTAs.
  • Positioning communications effectively by understanding the firm's client base and targets.
  • Managing internal communications.
  • Supporting the HR team regarding recruitment campaign communications.
  • Coaching colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

Degree level or equivalent industry experience, preferably with a Marketing or CIM qualification. Proven marketing or communications experience, ideally in a professional services organization. Ability to use relevant software including CRM, Vuture, InDesign, Canva, website analytics, and Wordpress.
