The L&Q Communications Team seeks an experienced and passionate communicator to support our Property Services directorate. This vital role involves communicating to residents about our £3bn investment to enhance homes, our social value commitments, and our work to improve repairs and maintenance services. Reporting to the Senior Communications Business Partner, you will serve as a link between Property Services and our 35-strong Communications Department, including external affairs, internal communications, resident communications, and digital functions. You will collaborate closely with senior management and act as a trusted communications advisor, leading proactive planning and coordinating internal, external, and resident-facing communications to generate positive publicity for L&Q.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and delivering multi-channel communications in large, complex, fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal skills, a proven ability to develop collaborative relationships, excellent copywriting skills, and proficiency in producing diverse content are essential.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Background in similar strategic communications roles.
- Proven success in using various channels for internal, external, and resident communications.
- Experience in large, complex organizations.
- Interest or experience in the housing sector or L&Q specifically.
- High-quality written English.
