We are looking for a Communications Executive to join our Communications team in London.
As the Communications Executive, you will work within the European-wide Audio Comms Team and report to the Senior Communications Manager. You will be responsible for creating and implementing communications materials and coordinating activities. You will also catalogue and report on the success of communications campaigns.
This role involves managing both internal and external communications using digital, multi-platform methods. Additionally, you will support the team with administrative and organisational activities.
We follow a hybrid working model, with work from home and our office in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing communications materials (Press Releases, Internal Newsletters, Social Media Posts) aligned with Bauer Media Audio Communications Strategy.
- Updating Bauer Media Audio’s intranet on SharePoint by uploading and publishing multimedia news assets.
- Documenting communications activities within campaign reports.
- Maintaining the Bauer Media Audio Press Target database.
- Tracking media and audio sector developments relevant to Bauer Media Audio.
- Managing Bauer Media Audio’s creative assets.
- Contributing to the development of the communications strategy.
- Conducting research on strategic focuses as directed by the Senior Communications Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in creating and executing various communications tactics for internal and external audiences.
- Understanding of different campaign objectives.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Experience with press database software.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
