The Role
As a Communication Director, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the hotel\’s brand and reputation.
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the hotel\’s vision and values.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interviews.
- Create and oversee content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyse communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Handle crisis communication and provide guidance on sensitive issues.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and the community.
