Role Overview

As a Principal Commissioning Project Manager, you will:

• Direct and coordinate work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects of varying size, complexity, and scope.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with stakeholders.
• Manage staffing, workload, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track financials and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise staff and mentor less experienced project managers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering
• 15 years of related experience
• At least 7 years in project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access is a plus)
• Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture

Preferred:

• Master\’s degree
• PMP certification
