Position Overview
The Commercial Vehicle Manager will join our newly established global Fleet team and will be our subject matter expert on all aspects of INEOS Commercial Vehicles. The objective is to develop programmes and strategies in a nominated launch market, pilot them, enhance where appropriate and then modify for global deployment. Identify each major market’s requirements and then embed by supporting the National Sales team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Developing and implementing the INEOS Automotive Global CV strategy
- Create a ‘Go To Market’ strategy that ensures a high degree of participation by the dealer networks, including competitive lease rates and other tactical programmes to deliver against agreed targets
- Liaise with Marketing (Product and Communications) to ensure the products are best placed to capitalise sales in the agreed chosen sectors
- Provide ongoing feedback to both Engineering and the Product teams for subsequent ‘running changes’ or Face Lifted/new products
- Work closely with the TCO/RV team to ensure INEOS products are TCO competitive against their basket of competitors
- Develop affiliate programmes for both Commercial and Non-Commercial INEOS products
- Assist with other Ad Hoc Fleet projects that require additional support to other members of the Fleet team
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record within the automotive industry (Commercial Vehicles essential)
- Practical working experience within the used car industry and residual value knowledge
- Commercially astute, with experience of residual value management
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to perform advanced level data analysis including trending/interpolation and to build appropriate supporting argumentation
- Ability to articulate complex matters simply
- Collaborative cross-functional working and stakeholder management
