- 2-3 years PQE, ideally gained in private practice.
- Must have qualified through a training contract.
Advise on a variety of Corporate and commercial matters to undertake an existing Corporate commercial caseload, principally SME disposal/acquisitions, MBOs, and Joint-ventures, and commercial Contracts including supply agreements, licensing and software agreements, terms and conditions of trading, shareholder/partnership/LLP agreements.
