Job Description:

Commercial Real Estate (Landlord & Tenant), 2-4 Years PQE, Hampshire, £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor ready to take the next step and work on high-value, high-profile projects within a firm that truly values its people. JOB REF:9785.

THE ROLE:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters
2. Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing
3. Collaborate with the firm’s corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations
4. Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and fellow solicitors
5. Play an active role in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. 2–4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with relevant experience
2. Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to solving legal issues
3. Excellent communication and client care skills
4. Proactive, self-sufficient, and enthusiastic about professional development
