My client is a long established legal law firm based in Kent, with offices across the region. They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team.

Role Overview

The successful applicant will be expected to act for a range of clients dealing with non-contentious commercial matters, principally concerning property. This will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, secured lending (including close liaison with financial institutions), business sales and purchases, and some limited dealings with residential property matters.

Required Skills & Experience / Responsibilities

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
  • IT literate
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage own caseload and meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Some experience within residential conveyancing is desirable

Additional Details
