Job Description:

Commercial & Procurement Manager needed to work in North London Paying £356.15 per day ref 1275720

Full time hours on a temporary basis

This role is to support the delivery of the high-profile building safety, decency and compliance programmes investing in existing homes to a value of circa £50m-£60m per annum.

These projects will have a significant impact on improving homes across the borough and delivering safe, secure, decent and sustainable homes to residents.

The successful candidate will be required to independently manage their workload and support and motivate colleagues to deliver high quality outcomes.

You must be an experienced procurement and commercial manager with extensive knowledge of services and construction contracts.

In this role, you will be required to work closely with both internal stakeholders and external organisations.

You will need extensive experience in negotiating and drafting construction works and services contracts.

Experience of delivering procurements within public sector procurement governance structures is integral to this role, as well as experience in working with a specialist team to develop specifications and other contract documents. The successful candidate should be able to review contract models and advise project teams of the options available to them.
