Hays are working with an established worldwide manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for an experienced Controlling Business Partner to join the team on a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2025.

Your new role

This is a great role for an accomplished finance professional and key duties will include but are not limited to the following areas:

• Strategic Business Planning: monitoring and evaluating the business plan.
• Annual Planning: Budget processing and planning.
• Forecasting: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecasting analysis.
• Business Performance Reporting: Working with stakeholders including activities associated with short and long term financial and non-financial performance.
• Business Analysis: Analysis of business financial information, presenting back to key stakeholders.
• Management of a small finance team.

What you’ll need to succeed

This role would suit an experienced finance professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven background with analysis and interpretation of finance and non-financial information.
