Taylor Root have recently partnered with a specialist US litigation practice who are currently looking to hire an experienced Commercial Disputes Solicitor who is fluent in Dutch, to join them on an initial month fixed-term contract in their London office. The firm is a global disputes specialist law firm with a strong focus on competition, commercial, tech, human rights, and consumer law. Our client is recognised in various leading directories for their expertise in competition, commercial and group litigation, representing businesses, public entities, and investors, mostly on the claimant side.

The successful Commercial Disputes Solicitor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting on the day-to-day management of claims for damages resulting from infringements of competition law in the UK and in the Netherlands, and other European jurisdictions.
  • Managing large scale disclosure exercises and obtaining witness and expert evidence.
  • Contributing to settlement negotiations.
