The Company

A well-established bar and venue space in London, operating within Zone 1 for over 15 years, has made a significant name for itself in the hospitality industry. To support its continued growth, the business has created a new role. The focus is on providing high-quality food and drinks and ensuring a memorable experience for guests. This unique opportunity requires you to manage the business as if it were your own, developing new revenue streams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leveraging the brand’s reputation to foster growth and open new doors.

The Goal

  • As the business continues to grow as well as adapt to a changing industry, they are looking to diversify and grow revenue, look at new markets they could operate in plus lots more.
  • To support their growth and transformation, they are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Commercial Director to join their executive team.
  • This multi-disciplinary role will collaborate with finance, marketing, training, customer service, and sales teams to develop and guide effective future strategies. The position will place special emphasis on digital and brand development, as well as enhancing both the corporate customer experience and the weekly customer journey.
