About the opportunity
At Contentful, we are always searching for top candidates to join our global team of Account Executives. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in the Middle Eastern, Asian, and Northern African markets.

As an Emerging Markets Account Executive, you will drive Contentful’s growth by leading the end-to-end sales process with top-tier clients. Your role will include driving adoption, engagement, finding new revenue opportunities, and creating customer enablement initiatives within named accounts. You will work closely with our partnership and customer success teams to lead a consultative sales process, engaging with professional developers and business leaders in the Middle East, Africa, and Asian markets.
What to expect?
- Self-generation of pipeline through outbound efforts in collaboration with marketing and BDR teams to create new opportunities in regional accounts.
- Drive expansion opportunities with existing clients in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- Grow existing accounts by leveraging relationships and following our “land and expand” sales model.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing account strategies, managing processes, maintaining reports, and delivering presentations and proposals.
- Manage RFI/RFQ requests with internal and customer teams.
