University of the Arts London is seeking an experienced College Head of Operations to join us full-time at Central Saint Martins. Reporting to the Director of College Administration (DOCA), this high-profile role oversees operational delivery and develops systems and processes within the College. It coordinates Academic Administration, College Organisation, Finance, and Resourcing across campuses, ensuring effective resource use and professional team operations.
You will lead the operational culture by fostering relationships with senior management and developing new service models across College activities and within the University. Collaboration with Deans of Academic Strategy, Research, and School is essential to ensure a robust operational infrastructure. A key responsibility is contributing to the College’s long-term strategic planning, including forecasts, budgets, and management information, requiring strong data modeling skills.
