We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Manager to lead and enhance our client’s collections team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
Responsibilities of the Collections Manager will include:
- Leading and managing the collections team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Managing and overseeing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Contacting clients via phone, email, and letters to discuss overdue payments and establish repayment plans.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and ensure a seamless collections experience for customers.
- Handling complex collections cases and resolving escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
The successful Collections Manager will require:
