The Award Winning Cocktail Barat at The Merchant Hotel has the following vacancy:

Cocktail Bar Waiting Staff

We have a full-time role available, paid hourly at £11.44, including a generous service charge. A full-time staff member can expect to earn an additional £100-£150 per week through service charges paid weekly via payroll.

Essential criteria for the position:

• One year\’s experience in a similar role
• Cash handling experience
• Knowledge of spirits and cocktails
• Confidence and comfort working in a demanding, high-volume environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Exceptional customer care skills
• The ability to anticipate guest needs and offer the genuine warmth of the “Merchant Welcome”
• Fully flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends

Desirable criteria:

• Experience working within a five-star setting
• Barista experience
