Cluster Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial cluster manager to join a well-loved womenswear brand going through a significant period of growth.
This role will see you look after their current stand alone and concessions stores, reporting into the head of retail.

As a cluster manager you will be successful in driving retail sales across your stores, coaching and motivating your team of managers. You will be commercially minded, with a strong VM background to help move sales forward and create visually pleasing stores for customers. You will be a natural leader, inspiring teams from the front and nurturing talent.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience managing concession stores and understanding the dynamics needed to have a successful partnership with host stores. You will offer a holistic approach to staff, and able to naturally inspire the teams to achieve. You will need to have a valid UK licence, as there will be travel to stores outside of London.
