Job Description:
Location: Manchester (North West Region)
As a Cluster HR Manager for this hotel group, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience.
Your main mission is to ensure the correct implementation of the Human Resources tools and strategies set by the company. Manage all actions regarding staffing (budgets, forecasts).
Carry out selection procedures and put into action Talent Management best practices (including Inductions, Training & Development Plans), and continually work towards improving associates’ work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Instil the Company Culture ensuring consistency in delivering exceptional best practice.
- Actively oversee and manage the recruitment process, including interviewing for senior hotel roles, and ensure HR documentation process is adhered to.
- Advise, support and oversee the General Managers with all employee relations issues including Grievances, Disciplinary and Performance Management.
- Carry out Company Induction and ad hoc training sessions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a HR Manager within hospitality.
- Strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
