Client Services Representative – Farnborough
Our client is seeking a Client Services Representative to join the Client Services team based in Farnborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, and book appointments.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
- Follow up on customer emails requiring further action.
- Generate quality appointments with genuine needs for our advice for clients and prospects.
- Adhere to call script requirements and accurately record all call activities within our back office system.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, processes, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain excellent communication and listening skills.
- Display a professional telephone manner.
- Be strongly customer-focused, managing and overcoming objections within a financial services context.
- Relate well to people and remain composed during conversations.
- Prioritize accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be resilient and diplomatic.
- Ideally possess knowledge of regulations, products, and solutions in the retail financial services market.
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrate IT literacy and proficient telephone skills.
- Financial Services experience is desirable, preferably in a life and pensions environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and targeted environment.
- Business development or customer service experience.
- Negotiation and objection handling experience are advantageous.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
