Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in a full-service medical communications agency
  • Degree in life sciences, preferably with a Master’s or PhD
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of business operations and financial planning
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
