Overview of Role
We are recruiting a Client Service Executive to provide administrative support for Rothschild & Co Wealth Management clients and assist one of our Client Adviser teams in fulfilling client requirements. The role involves regular client contact and collaboration with internal teams across London, Guernsey, and Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all administrative procedures and ad-hoc queries from clients, their representatives, or Client Advisers.
- Keep all parties informed of issue progress and resolve queries in line with internal procedures and client satisfaction standards.
- Follow departmental procedures and Service Level Agreements, identifying potential improvements.
Cash Management
- Process payment requests promptly, ensuring proper authorization and AML compliance.
- Support banking needs including loans, deposits, and transfers; monitor overdrafts and implement corrective actions.
- Manage client fee structures according to mandates.
Client Take-On
- Coordinate new client onboarding, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage cash and stock positions during onboarding, keeping relevant team members informed.
Client Data, Correspondence, and Account Maintenance
- Maintain accurate static data, ensuring timely updates and client confirmation.
- Oversee client documentation and information for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate regulatory projects like CDD reviews and FATCA with relevant teams.
Valuations and Reporting
- Assist with client reporting, ensuring timely delivery of statements, valuations, and tax documentation.
- Oversee performance reporting and address client inquiries.
Forms, Complaints, and Systems
- Report incidents, errors, and complaints; recommend improvements.
- Prepare bespoke reports and fee calculations.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Experience, Skills, and Competencies
- High attention to detail and diligence, even under pressure.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
