Job Description:

Our client, an exciting start-up on a mission to transform workplaces globally, is looking to recruit a passionate, consultative Client Sales Manager to join their growing team. Working remotely (with travel to clients and monthly meet-ups in London), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client designs and delivers unique behaviour-changing learning programs for their clients, supporting over 300 companies across 100+ countries and reaching over 2 million employees. Due to exponential growth, they are seeking a candidate to develop new business and sell their solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Working directly with and reporting to the company\’s Founder & CEO on the EMEA growth strategy
  2. Growing the new business pipeline in the UK, Europe, and Middle East, and seeking new industries and organizations to support
  3. Managing the end-to-end onboarding of clients, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring service delivery aligns with client values
  4. Creating bespoke client proposals to turn needs into a 12-month strategic support plan
  5. Managing client requests for partnerships or services and translating needs into actions
  6. Maintaining relationships with repeat clients
  7. Leveraging internal data to oversee sales numbers and pipeline targets
  8. Collaborating with Marketing and Accounts teams to oversee delivery for all EMEA clients
  9. Managing UK team members, providing training and support as the company grows

Essential qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within Learning & Development
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and pragmatic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Receptive to feedback and able to adapt quickly
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended challenges
  • Strong proposal and email communication skills
  • Fun, sociable personality
