This role sits within the Investor Relations team, supporting the firm’s engagement with existing and prospective investors by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely client reporting. A highly collaborative role, the Client Reporting Analyst will work closely with Product Specialists and other internal teams to produce fund reports, investor presentations, and marketing materials, helping to communicate the firm’s strategies and performance effectively. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure consistency and compliance in all client-facing materials.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the Investor Relations team and Product Specialists in providing information and expertise on the firm’s strategies and funds.
- Assist with creation, editing, and maintaining client materials, including presentations and reports.
- Update regular fund reporting and respond to ad-hoc investor requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
- Identify and assist in tailoring materials to reflect the current market environment and investor interests.
- Create, format, and maintain documents, graphics, and visuals in line with the firm’s branding and compliance standards.
- Work with and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Specialists, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Product Control.
- Liaise with Compliance to ensure marketing materials and reports meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist with maintaining and reporting information in the firm’s CRM.
- Work efficiently, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials.
Note that in addition to these duties employees are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferably in a related field (economics, finance, accounting or marketing).
- CFA and/or CAIA a plus but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial markets and/or financial services, ideally in a client service, investor relations, or reporting role.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to review and refine language related to financial markets and trading strategies.
- Proven experience in producing high-quality client presentations and investor materials.
- Familiarity with global compliance frameworks, ensuring marketing materials and reports meet regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
