Position Summary

We are looking to hire a Customer Business Executive (CBE) to accelerate growth by selling monthly recurring managed services into customer communities. This is a high-profile position requiring a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual focused on vertical market penetration.

The candidate must be able to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment. Due to the consultative sales process, strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, a proven track record of quota attainment, and the ability to close deals are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

Individual duties will be outlined and assigned by the Vice President of Sales, aligned with individual performance goals and objectives. Basic guidelines include:

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals as established by Thrive Senior Management.
  • Achieve targets through direct (75%+) and indirect channels.
