  • Full Time (42 hours per week) Shift working role: 12-hour shifts covering all days of the week. Shifts are from 0700 to 1900 and 1900 to 0700, with 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off.
  • Salary: £29,549, rising to £32,726 upon successful probation, plus 17.5% shift pay.

The role

As a Cleaning Coordinator at London Stansted Airport, you will be the first point of contact for any cleaning issues. You will lead deep cleaning projects from a technical and planning perspective, support the Duty Cleaning Supervisor with the operational delivery of cleaning standards, and monitor attendance and performance of the cleaning team. The role involves administrative tasks, maintaining a visible presence on the floor, mentoring senior cleaning operatives, and promoting innovative cleaning practices using industry techniques.
