Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for the adjustment of complex international claims emanating from Energy, Property & Construction classes of business. You will also be relied upon to represent your company in various market meetings whilst also supporting management of all third-party relationships where the third party has delegated claims handling authority.
This position provides the opportunity to be flexible on either part-time or full-time basis, depending on your experience, as it is a 12-month contract.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You will need relevant London Market claims experience within the relevant lines of business, whilst also having a proven track record of maintaining effective relationships with key external stakeholders. You must have the ability to negotiate at a high level and be self-motivated and dynamic when working as part of a team.
You must have the ability to make decisions and exhibit sound and reasoned judgment and/or escalate as necessary. The ability to motivate, develop, and mentor more junior team members for the benefit of the individual and the company.
