In this role, you are the primary contact for providing top quality service and maintenance to Chiller systems. We work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.

What you will do
As a Chiller Service Technician, your day-to-day role will include service, maintenance and repair work on various Chiller equipment installed at our clientsβ facilities. This is a mobile role within the Southeast of the UK area including London City, Basildon, Maidstone, Colchester and Cambridge regions. In this role you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. You will be involved with commissioning, servicing, repair, and installation works. With the work completed according to set specifications and customer expectations to support our client sites. Our Service Technicians provide technical experience and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinate on site work activity. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
What we look for
- Proven experience as a Chiller Service Engineer, HVAC experience would also be helpful.
- Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of Chiller systems, controls, and components: ventilation plant.
- Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi and Mitsubishi etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
