A wonderful school in Oxford is looking for a Child Support Worker. The school aims to employ an individual who is patient, passionate about education, and eager to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

The role is to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement specialised learning and intervention plans
2. Foster trusting and supportive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and resilience
3. Assist with classroom activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
4. Promote positive relationships with students, ensuring trust and emotional safety
5. Help students identify and express their emotions in a healthy manner

Candidate Requirements:

• Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for supporting children
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding the importance of safeguarding children in education

You must have eligibility to work in the UK. A DBS check is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.
