Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Valuation Surveyor

As a key member of this incredible team, you will:

• Build strong client relationships.
• Complete Red Book standard valuations for commercial properties.
• Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events.
• Deliver against company targets and share leads.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Build the client base against valuation-related needs.
• Utilize strong numerical and analytical skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and relevant work experience.
• MRICS or FRICS Qualified (2 years+ PQE).
• RICS Registered Valuer with strong technical valuation skills and in-depth knowledge of valuation techniques.
• Proactive and approachable with proven experience in valuation.
• People management experience for Director level.
• Must be proactive, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• High-quality report writing skills with experience in reviewing reports prepared by other valuers.
• Detailed knowledge of major valuation software packages.
